Listing keeps redirecting to USA site

Im trying to create a listing in the UK but everytime I try to finalise, Ebay directs me to the USA site log-in.

I obviously cant log in from there (page asks for a US state of residence) and therefore can't create my listing.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You are registered in the US

Is that where you live?.

I'm embarrassed I didn't notice this before. I'm not in the US. Thanks so much, we're all sorted now.
