Once you have bids you can't edit much, the bids have been placed on the information provided, so you can't change the basic description.
You can add to Description, but it is below the line and existing bidders will not read it and most new members viewing are not very likely to see the additional information.
If there is something very misleading you perhaps should consider ending early and then relisting but it will cost you in fees.
