Listing in your shop

Hi

I have just set up a shop and am wondering how do I list in it? I know that sounds a bit thick but do I just list at Fixed Price or this another heading I need to list as? It states we get cheaper Final Value Fees if we sell from the shop but when I sell on Fixed Price the FVF is still the same? Thanks

you just list as normal

where does it say you get cheaper final value fees for having a shop?

private sellers who subscribe to a shop pay the same final value fees a private sellers without a shop,

properly registered business sellers pay different final value fee % depending on the category listed in

Is there really any advantage to having a shop? I am paying 19.99 per month can't see what I am getting for this money?

there isn't much advantage for a private seller,


but for business sellers who list a lot of items it is financially better to have a shop


why did you decide to subscribe to a shop?


if it is because you are buying to sell you need to upgrade your account to business, as subscribing to a shop doesn't do this

If you have a business account do you need to be registered as self employed as I dont list every day but I do have a lot of stuff to sell

if you are buying items with the sole intention of selling them you need a business account on ebay

and looking at your listings you appear to be buying to sell

as for registering as self employed you need to check with HMRC
