Listing fees

Hi. I am trying to list and re-list things today. I have noticed I am suddenly being charged 35p listing fees even though eBay has sent me a message saying listing will be free throughout April. Anyone else having this problem?

1 and 3 day listings are excluded from the 100 per day free listings.
