Listing fees on automatic relists why?

Two of my items which have just relisted automatically seem to have charged me an insertion fee of 0.35, why would this happen? Thanks for any help.

Auto Relists are specifically excluded from Promotional offers. Use the Learn More link on promotions to find out what is and is not included.
