Listing error when using Auctiva

Hello. I am having a problem when using Auctiva for listing items to ebay.

 

It all seems fine on the Auctiva site so so the item is scheduled to list on ebay. When I check the listing on ebay the thumbnail pictute is not shown, just a generic photo icon as if no pictures have been listed at all.

 

If the listing is opened up, all the pictures are there as normal.

 

Anyone have any ideas please?

Checked some of your listings, all OK to me.

The ones currently listed are all ok as they were posted before the issue started. I have been cancelling the more recent ones when I see there is no thumbnail picture.

Someone else report this earlier, so guess auctiva issue.
