Listing error problems

I keep getting this ‘Listing Error, Description Required’ when I try to add more than one sentence in the description using the app. My device is an iPad Air. 

I didn’t have this problem until I started using the newest app in the last couple of weeks. I’ve spoken to eBay a few times but no joy, they just keep telling me to un-install/re-install, log out/log in etc. 

Any help much appreciated 😊

We have had loads of complaints about this.  Either ditch the app and use a different browser or switch to the advanced listing tool.
