Listing counts may not be current until we finish processing any category or listing requests?

Please can someone advise.  

 

I was trying to add subcategories in my shop IE Jewellry - rings, Jewellry - Bangles etc...  I then had a message pop up saying something like I couldn't proceed with the action due to listings being active in Jewellry.

 

Sooooo I moved all listings into another shop category, (Other) and cancelled the rest of the categories with the intention of starting afresh. But now this message shows under the "Remove", "Move to Another Category" and "Delete Category" buttons   "Listing counts may not be current until we finish processing any category or listing requests that you might have submitted".

 

When I now try to perform any action to create a new category, I keep getting a warning message stating. You cannot delete categories until we've completed your previous request.

 

HUHHHH????? How do I find out what request I submitted as I haven't got a clue what I did wrong, lol.

 

When I view my shop normally the categorys are now  just showing "All" and "Other"  ... but all the previous categories show on my "Manage Categories" page with only the "Other" Category showing all my listings are in it which is correct. As I say,  I moved all my listings to Other so I could continue to work on the rest but it's having none of it!

 

HEEEEEELLLPPP Pleeeeeeeze?
