I have had my listing removed because it had a copyright word in it that is not allowed, I was selling a none original phone charging cable but it had a word that is copyright to the manufacturer, if I remove the offending word would I be able to relist the item as unbranded ?

It's alright to sell unbranded items, as long as you don't use a brand name to describe them (keyword spamming).
But if it's a non-original charging cable, how does it come to have the original manufacturer's copyright wording? The sale of counterfeits, i.e. items marked as being a brand that it isn't, is not allowed on eBay or anywhere else.
Do NOT risk listing it a second time if it could be reported again for removal. It wouldn't take many reports for copyright or brand name abuse to put your selling account at risk.
