Link Nectar account

I've been trying to convert my nectar points to an eBay voucher but kept getting a message 'We had trouble connecting to Nectar.  Please try again later.'  I've now been trying for over a week!  I contacted Nectar help who are saying that my accounts are not now linked and to login to eBay and re-link my accounts.   They have raised the case at Nectar but I think the problem is with eBay rather than Nectar.  They also suggested I talk to tech. help at eBay.  If such a department exists I can't find a number for it anywhere either for live chat or to actually speak to someone.  None of the Help Topics seem to cover this problem.  This is proving to be impossible as I can't get past the ' We had trouble connecting message......'   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks John and Tobias for your responses. Just in case anyone else has the same problem , we got round it by removing the Nectar card and then re-linking it.

Have you used the link to Nectar in the drop down menu in Myebay at the top of pages? That should provide the option to relink.
