Lies and poor service

I contacted Ebay about a abusive buyer that kept sending me abusive messages 

Ebay reasuranced me that any negative feedback would be removed 

I refunded the buyer and they also kept the irem which they were happy with 

Then the negative feedback arrived i was assured this would be removef by ebay this never happened  ebay contacted me and after all the abuse and hassle i had there would be no changing their mind 

I actually made no money out of the sale and infact i was out of pocket 

Negative feedback and no money not good traits ,do you think my best option is to end my account with Ebay this seems the way forward

The negative comment has not broken any rules so ebay won't remove it, sorry.

Its a shame you left such a negative follow up as in my opinion you've made matters worse with your comments about your buyer. Had you left it as it was it would have just slid off the page eventually.

I don't see why you ned to consider closing your ebay account because of one person?

We all encounter bad buyers at some point and you just have to deal with it and move on.
