Left negative feedback for a seller. Cant' see it in his profile and also not in mine

Hi,

Just curious why I can't see the negative feedback that I left for a seller.

It doesn't show up in the sellers's profile and not even on mine in the "feedback left for others" panel.

But in my Purchase History it shows that feedback was given for that particular transaction...

Is this a bug or did the seller dispute the feedback? In case it's the latter shouldn't I be notified of this? Instead of just not showing anything in both my profile and the seller's?

Depends what you wrote.  If yoy mentioned anything to do with a refund or an eBay / Paypal case,  this is against feedback rules,  and the seller can ask for its removal.

Or,  if it is for a Power Seller,  you have to wait 7 days before leaving a negative.  This is to give the busy seller time to resolve your problem.

If neither of the two above apply,  then it is just a glitch,  feedback is often  glitchy it should appear later,  if not try again another day,  you have 60 days to leave feedback.

Presume all avenues of a possible resolution were explored first,  before leaving this neg?

Well,
It's been more than a week since I posted that negative feedback due to the horrible purchase experience that I had with this seller and it doesn't show up on his record...
I think that eBay is simply not listing it due to some rule or policy that they have. But I would like to know which rule or policy that is. It's really frustrating because he just got away with a very clever way of tricking the buyers and I can't even "warn" others on his selling practices because the feedback that I left doesn't show anywhere, not even on my "feedback left to others" tab...
It really frustrates me that he got away with it...
