Can someone help...a buyer I had left feedback...a rather good feedback but then 4 days later said one of the glass panels on the hanging lamp was broken... no photo..tho he claims to have sent one... bearing in mind the later has 4 sides...he couldn't help but notice a break when he opened it.. why did he leave a feedback saying he was happy then say it was broken. To me it sounds like he's had an accident and now wants me to sort it out.. is a feedback a sn agreement that all was well
