You can ask your seller to send you a feedback revision request, or they may prefer to phone eBay customer support to ask whether they will remove it because the positive comments contradict the neutral feedback.

EBay only allows sellers to send 5 revision requests for every 1,000 feedbacks they receive. They're intended for cases where the buyer and seller have been able to resolve a problem. It's a pity to waste a request just because a buyer has made a mistake.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. It was the seller who pointed out my mistake. Knowing how much trouble it could cause for the seller, and knowing that my wording makes it clear that I was more than happy with both the item and the service, I think it's best I leave it.
