Leaving negative feedback for a buyer

I sold an item via auction and they buyer failed to pay. When I contacted him, he said he'd changed his mind. I created a dispute and have now relisted, but how do I leave justified negative feedback? This chap should not be on here but it seems impossible to warn others.

the option for sellers to leave negative feedback was removed 13 years ago!!

ebay removed the option for sellers and introduced non payment strikes instead,

these work really well if sellers do it properly,

when you have a non payer you need to complete a non payment case to get your final value fees refunded and give them a non payment strike

then add the non payers ID to your blocked list

then set you bidder requirements to block bidders with two or more non payment strikes in the last 12 months

Thanks. I had already done the non-payment case and received the final sale credit.
I have just done the remaining bits as suggested.

You are not allowed to leave buyers negative feedback,

even if you leave bad comments on the positive, buyer can get it removed.

Once you open & close unpaid case, neither of you can leave any feedback.
