Leaving feedback

For ages now I am having difficulties on leaving feedback for sellers. Having to enter the password twice, then being told " there was a problem, refresh page and try again "  You can do this as many times as you like and it's ALWAYS the same !!!  I did find a very useful link on the Forum page on which the feedback went straight through as normal, but today I tried leaving feedback on my account and got the " try again " message, so I went to the Forum link and GOT THE SAME MESSAGE !!.

WHY  does this happen and WHAT are EBAY doing to resolve the issue. It will get to a point when buyers just get fed up with this and STOP leaving feedback which would be a real shame. EBAY PLEASE FIX THIS.

have you checked on your feedback page to see if the feedback has been left?

quite often you get the message saying something went wrong, even when nothing has gone wrong!

The error has been around for months and no fix is imminent

Hi, thanks for that I was using that link for a couple of weeks with success, but last week the same problem happened with that link but only the once. I STILL don't understand why this happens or WHY Ebay are not fixing it, is it an Ebay problem or something other ?? It just becomes SO frustrating when trying to leave feedback for sellers. The only consolation is knowing that it is a problem for other users and not just me making a mistake on the computer.
