I was always under the impression that feedback was to help further buyers to make up their minds weather this product was in your opinion a good buy,
now i find out it's all about the seller so: you place your order and low and behold it arrive curtsy of A-----??? and it doesn't work' so who am i leaving the feedback for??????
I would want to know other peoples experiences of the product not how quickly the third party delivered the item!!!!!!
If yo feel you have been taken for a ride let the rest of potential buyers know, it amazes me how stupid this all is why rather than leaving no feedback you should be able to say no comment but you can't, as to leave a comment you have to score the seller who proberly isn't the seller but an agent.
Pease don't leave any comments about me this is just my view. Thank you
feedback is about the transaction,
how the seller performed and the item,
if you receive an item that doesn't work you need to go to the Resolution Centre and open a not as described case,
the fact it arrived from Amazon doesn't change how you deal with the problem
your feedback should reflect how the seller deals with your complaint
As @pixiesen2012 says - if the item does not work then you open a case in the resolution centre for "not as described". The seller then sends you a label to return and when you do so refunds you.
If that happens without delay and without any fuss then - in my view - the seller deserves positive feedback!

if that's what you think feedback is for why doesn't your feedback mention the items at all?
on your first page of feedback left they nearly all state:-
Many thank excellent service.
WHAT?
you aren't making any sense,
the item is only viewable for the first 30 days
if you think feedback is to help another buyer decide whether the item is worth buying you need to actually state what the item is and that it is worth buying,
your feedback just says the seller fulfilled their obligation and sent the item
My view is that of ebays, therefore any feedback left is supposed to be about how the transaction went,so not specific to the seller or the item.Ebay have recently applied reviews to certain listings which is about eligible products.
Feedback, seller ratings and reviews are all voluntary contributions and not mandatory
