Leaving Feedback

Hi everytime I try to leave feedback, I get a pop up message saying:

We ran into a problem. Please refresh the page and try again.

Then when I do try again I either get the same again, or another message saying:

You have already left the seller feedback.

Has anyone else had the same problem? and is there anything I can do to fix it?

Feedback is forever glitchy,  more so probably on Fridays,  as this is eBay's maintenance day,  and all sorts of options become unavailable from time to time.

You may well find after checking later,  that the feedback you left,   has indeed been registered.

If not,  it 's just a case of ....   please try again later / another day.  There are 60 days in which to leave feedback.

Here's another thing you can try if you wish, and have the time ! Click on your feedback score 1134, then scroll up and click on the link feedback forum, on the right you will see a link to leave feedback. That may work, but do use a laptop / PC / browser, and not that hopeless eBay app ! @janet.clark

Don't worry about the feedback while you are unwell
You have 60 days to leave it and it is up to you if you leave it or not.

You are a seller's dream, many complain about the lack of feedback, which of course is voluntary.

If it is just today then wait and see if it clears itself

You can try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer

Restart your computer 

If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome

You could also try signing out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay.com and see if you can leave it from there

Dont forget to sign out of ebay.com and back into ebay.co.uk

If you are using the app then that is very glitchy and you could try a computer
