If you are a seller and have a bad experience, when you leave feedback you can't choose the negative icon only the positive one? How do you highlight this? I left the feedback anyway so hope people realise it should be the red icon not the green.

If the buyer contacts eBay they will remove your comment, and give you a warning about feedback violation.
Buyers' feedback is heavily sanitised by eBay. Sellers are not permitted to leave anything except positive feedback and positive comments for buyers. No mention of any misconduct by the buyer is allowed. "Negative on positive" comments are liable to be removed - eBay guarantees buyers no bad feedback, however they behave.
