Leaving Feedback.

I have just completed a transaction where the buyer paid cash on collection at my front door. I have marked the item as paid, after which I would normally leave the buyer feedback.

The options on the item only allow me to "contact buyer" which I don't need to do I just want to leave feedback. Am I doing something wrong ? or am I missing something?

you also need to mark it as dispatched

you can leave feedback using the Leave Feedback link on your feedback profile page

Hello, me again. Thank you for your answer I have left feedback but still can't get past the "contact buyer " box on the sold screen even after contacting the buyer. However he did send me a QR code but I haven't got a clue what to do with it!

Any help will be much appreciated .

use the full site, not the app, and mark it as dispatched through the dropdown menu next to the item
