Hi there everyone ,iv excepted a return,on a jovani gown,was delivered on 10th June I sent return postage label to customer ,did not get reply back when I asked when she was returning and to check she had received return label as I could see she had not sent back I checked with eBay and label had been sent ,I had till today to receive the item back ,this morning iv had a message from her she has sent back yesterday 2nd class signed do I still have to refund thank you for any help
