Probably because the Buyer ticked No...when asked if the item arrived by its estimated delivery date. Maybe it was delayed in the post.
If you have a tracking number add it to prove you posted the item the same day ...then phone Ebay CS to see if they will remove the defect.
Personally i think they should.
