My late delivery rate on my sellers dashboard is showing as 2.11%. I am confused as to why this is? because I dipatch all my orders on same day and very rarely fall behind. How do ebay evaluate this. Do buyers report this because they received orders late? I do not have control over royal mail deliveries so if ebay punish for that then its not fair. Ant help would be appreciated. Thanks
