Late Delivery Report Error

Hello, 

Need a bit of help, i have an item that was dispatched on time, (the tracking shows this) but due to the customer not being home the item was sent to their post office for redelievery or collection and a card was left. then after the hoilday (christmas day, Boxing day which are bank holidays) the buyer managed to get a redelivery.

This has come up as a late delievery on the report, is this correct has anyone else had this issue?

Contact customer support and ask them to get the defect removed, supplying them with the tracking details to show it was delivered on time.

Good advice but if eBay check and see that you are including a web address in the feedback you leave which leads off eBay to your private shop you could have serious problems.
