Laptop sold as Faulty

Hello

Just wondering if any one can help with a query i have about an item i sold, here is the discription

" SPARE/REPAIR-FAULTY, scratches all around, Not tested, came as part of a job lot so don't really know much about it.  NO HDD, NO MEMORY, NO CHARGER, NO BATTERY

Please note its sold as faulty as I don't have a charger to test and I don't think there is HDD or memory in it.

any questions please ask."

now the buyer contacting me saying that he found the item has water damage and took it apart and asking to return it.  i offered partial refund but does he have the right to return the item considering the discription above?

No, he doesn't but ebay tend to side with buyers pretty much automatically so if he opens a "not as described" case the odds are you will have to accept it back for full refund.   Refund via the case.

Put him on your blocked bidder list.
