Lack of refund for returned item

I returned a faulty item following instructions from the seller 2 weeks ago but have not received a replacement or refund or any form of communication from them.  Status just comes up as waiting for return.  I have proof of posting.  Where do I stand?  Ebay say they are dropping the case in a few days.

If you followed the instructions to the letter you will have a tracked receipt, not just proof of postage.

 

Add the tracking number into your case details, and escalate the case when it's been open for 8 full days or more.  if tracking shows delivery, your refund will follow.
