I returned a faulty item following instructions from the seller 2 weeks ago but have not received a replacement or refund or any form of communication from them. Status just comes up as waiting for return. I have proof of posting. Where do I stand? Ebay say they are dropping the case in a few days.
Have you entered the tracking number from your return into the case so ebay can see the seller has it back?
