Keyword manipulation

I'm fed up wasting time seeing search results that blatently have keyword manipulation in the item specifics.

Ebay seem to have removed the keword manipulation option under listing practices when trying to report a listing. 

Do admin have anything to say on this as it seems a blind eye has been turned for a very long time.

It's still there, but sometimes not all options show up on report link.
