I haven't received my item. The seller sent me an email saying We can resolve this & seemed genuinely interested. Where do I go from here please can someone tell me. I have sent a message saying that it says the item has been dispatched but not shipped. Please can you help? J Barton
Go to More Actions, far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page, select "I didn't receive it" and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.
