What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing         

                                            

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description

then you can open a  not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.

You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

 

Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute

If you are within 30 days of the last date for delivery open a non receipt case with eBay @redwick1 has kindly sent you a link. Do not fail to escalate or ebay will think it settled

 

If you have waited too long open a non receipt case with Paypal and escalate after 2days and before 20 days. 

 

Do please remember that if the seller can prove delivery by tracking - and not necessarily to you - you will probably lose the case.
