Hi I bought front discs and pads for my car they came in a big heavy box I couldn't fit straight away because of weather when I did get round to fit I opened the box and pads were missing I mail seller no reply I had to go buy more pads that day and fit them I contacted seller again no reply so I reported to ebay as missing the seller then sent details of delivery I just want to know what I can do about the pads been missing as seller aint bothered about it and ebay are asking me to close case any help would be appreciated
You should have opened a case for item not as described, it sounds as if you opened one for item not received, which the seller can win by simply providing proof of delivery of something, even if not all you ordered.
If you are still in time to open a not as described case, you should be able to do so now.
In this whole, long explanation you have omitted to tell us the one thing that matters: when you bought and received these brake discs and pads? Surely you realise that your rights depend upon this??
If you received them within the last 30 days, see eBay's money back guarantee, see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
If it's already beyond eBay's 30 day time limit and you paid by PayPal you you can still file a dispute under Paypal's longer, 180 day buyer protection policy, see: https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/what-if-i-didn%27t-receive-my-item-or-it%27s-not-as-adve...
