Items marked as paid

Hi all, I sold 2 items which were collection only. The buyers paid cash on collection. I have marked these as paid on my eBay account but it’s still saying that the buyers need to pay. How do you marked as paid as I must be doing something wrong. Thanks

Use a Desktop Site go to More Actions to the right of the Sold Items and Mark as Paid and Dispatched.
