I have selected "UK only" as a purchasing filter but find that the majority of items then displayed are listed as Uk or GB but the legal information shows that the items are actually from China with no uk address. Surely this is misrepresentation.?
It is and you can report a misleading item location here:http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/item-location.html
but that's no guarantee ebay will do anything about it.
