Items for sale not appearing after restriction lifter

So my account was restricted last weekend as I accidentally wrote Velcro in the item specifics. Since the restriction was lifted I've had hardly any sales and barely any watchers. I've just had a purchase and the buyer has asked if I have anything else for sale (as my listings asks to look at my other items) because nothing is showing. I've asked my brother to look from his account and it's only showing 4 items for sale when I have over 500 listed 😫

I can see that you have 527 items listed so dont know why others can not see them

Ok thank you. I checked via another account and it only showed 4 items unless I refreshed it 😞

It is showing up at 6 items, after a refresh 0 items and after another refresh the correct amount of items 🤬
