You need to contact ebay about this.
There are some sellers that are putting any address on their returns as they are not in this country but have UK on their listings.
If ebay can identify them then they will remove them.

If the item is not your name then you can return to RM as not at this address.
Or refuse them if a courier
You do not have to return them and if anyone gets in touch to get their items they need to send a pre paid label for the return
