Item stopped working seller not replying

I purchased a car stereo from Auto navtec. It is still under warranty but they are ignoring my emails. eBay can't help as it's after the 30 days. Can't get any contact details except email address. Any suggestions on how to move forward.

Ebay don't get involved with warranties.

Thanks but it’s a seller in China and I am unable to find any contact details for them even when I go to their shop via eBay

Sorry, but unless seller is willing to sort, which Chinese sellers rarely do, ebay won't help.
