Item stopped working past 30 day return period

Hello,

I bought a wireless gaming keyboard and mouse.  Worked fine for a couple of months then the recharging port on the keyboard broke and the mouse wouldn't recharge.  Its a poor product and for what I paid I should have got more use than just a couple of months.  I can't find a Langtu UK support site and I have messaged the ebayer seller a couple of times for some advice with no reply.  I don't have any of the original packaging or documentation.  Is the ebayer who sold me the product obliged to help in the abscense of any other support or is it just a case of tough luck, poor product, suck it up and move on.

Nothing you can do through Ebay as they don't offer any Warranties, neither do PayPal.

 

If a UK Registered Business Seller you can seek help through Citizens Advice.
