I've drafted ten listings, using the basic eBay selling tool on the website, over the past two days. When coming back to them after more than a few hours, all the item specifics disappear.
There doesn't seem to be any way for me to contact eBay at the moment, so I really just want to know:
1) Are eBay aware of this bug?
2) How soon can I expect it to be fixed?
I have a roomful of unwanted bits and pieces to sell, maybe 40-60 items in total, so I need the selling process to be as smooth as possible.
I'm using Safari on an iMac running the latest release of Catalina. All the software I'm using is fully up to date.
