Item sold below minimum acceptable.

Placed an item for sale at a start at £60.00 + post allowing for bids but not to accept offers below a price of £80.00. Told by Paypal that the item sold for £60.00 and that they are hoding the money. ebay confirm item sold money received post now, help.

You shouldn't have listed for £60.00 if you weren't prepared to Sell for that Price. If you don't Post it your Buyer can open an Item Not Received Case and leave Negative Feedback. EBay would Refund him from your Account. Give you a Damaging Defect and charge you the EBay Selling Fees.

bids and offers are two different things,

 

 

you set your listing to refuse OFFERS below £80.00 so any OFFER under £80 would have been rejected

 

 

you set your START BID at £60, so as soon as a bid was placed at this amount the offer option was removed and the auction started,

 

 

as you didn't receive any more bids you have to sell at the minimum bid price YOU set

 

you need to post the item using a tracked service, the money will be released once the tracking shows the item has been delivered.
