If a reasonable ttime has passed the time the buyer paid, then send one last message asking politely that you need to know by ** days if the item is still required and for a collection date to be organised , otherwise you deem the item not to be wanted, and will be cancelling the order and refunding their money.
Then, if there is no communication from them, go right of the item sold to More Actions, select Cancel Order citing Buyer Requests to Cancel. This refunds their money, refunds your seller fee, and your seller performance is not affected.
