Item says both "sold" and "did not sell"

Hi, I have recently listed a few things while having a clear out. Two items hav received bids and are marked as "sold". However it also says "this item did not sell" and I have the option to relist. Weird?

I contacted the first buyer to ask if they still wanted the item, and explained the conflicting sold / did not sell messages. Buyer said they didn't want any more because they had bought elsewhere, but this was immediately followed by notification that they had paid.

Is it me? Is this common?

There was a problem yesterday where sold items were going into the unsold section.

Perhaps the problem is still there.

Just wait a little while and see if the problem clears.

If the buyer has paid then if you are not on managed payments it will show on paypal

If you are on managed payments then it will show on your ebay page on Seller Hun under Payments
