I purchased an item that was described as new and unused. When it arrived the item was broken. I asked the seller for a refund to which he refused. After the 8 days I escalated to the resolution centre. The resolution centre decided in my favour and informed me I needed to return the item for a refund. I returned the item via royal mail special delivery. The delivery status has updated and is showing as delivered and signed for but I have not recieved a refund or an update from ebay. The delivery status in the resolution centre is also showing as delivered 2 days ago through the tracking but the status says "awaiting item delivery" when I click on the details it is saying the "item on its way back, you'll recieve a refund once item has been delivered". I'm a little confused, is there something else I need to do at my end?
