Many High Brand Fashion Houses do not like their items sold online, as there are many fakes, and no one can physically check to see if one is, or is not a counterfeit, so they ban all items.
It was probably the Brand owners themselves that pulled your listing.
Yes, you will see identical items for sale. eBay is massive , with over 1.3 billion listings on at any one time, so they cannt police it all themselves, and do rely on members to report too.
If those items break a Vero reg, and are spotted and reported like yours was, they too will be removed.
You cannot relist that item on eBay.
