Hi, my buyer wants a refund as I've been unable to send the item due to being bed ridden with covid... but eBay says I have to pay a fee?
The buyer opens a not received dispute and you refund in full through the dispute.
If you have cancelled the sale without the buyers agreement then you pay the ebay fees and a defect on your account.
How did you deal with it and what were the fees
