Hi, sold an item, advert clearly states 'Collection Only' buyer eventually paid, to date has not made arrangements to collect or arrange a courier.
Sent a message explaining collection or they can arrange a courier, no response,
can I repay the money as a refund as they clearly have no intention of either collecting or arranging a courier.
