Can anyone help?
I have tried contacting EBay, but their automated bot is terrible and no representatives are available.
I have purchased an item and received the confirmation straight away. The money has been taken debited from my account and I was expecting delivery last week.
When the delivery didn't arrive, I contacted the seller who told me no payment had been received and to contact eBay. The eBay transaction is showing as not paid and I need to pay immediately.
I have paid though and can see no way of actually speaking to eBay to see what the issue is.
