Item purchased and charged for not shown on my purchase listings or orders

Hi All,

Odd one I know but on 15/7 I purchased from an established ebay seller an item cisting £9.99 paying with a credit card which had a transaction date of 15/7 and a posting date to ebay of 16/7 under ref 51807766842. The item arrived on Saturday 24th July after I had to go to collect from local postal sorting office due to underpaid postage by seller. This cost me an extra £3.50. The item in question is now not needed but I am unable to return as despite contacting seller he says he doesnt understand. To say I am peed off is an understatement so I want simply to find how I go about something purchased thru ebay and paid for that has no hsitory in the my ebay section. It would be nice to be able to pick the phone up and raise the queery but that appears impossible. Any ideas appreciated as seller is not interested. Many thanks
