Collect in Person means just that.....you go & collect YOURSELF
You should not be bidding if you cannot collect
The seller will get less bids by advertising as collect in person only
If the seller was willing to accept a courier they wouldhave offered the service
You cannot expect a seller to wait around or make themselves available for a courier you send
FYI the microwave alone will probaby weigh nearer 4kg on it's own
If it was collection item, then YOU go in person & collect.
We always advise sellers to never allow buyer to arrange courier,
even if you did find a courier willing to do this, you lose ebay protection by doing so.
Anyone who offered such a service would be very unwise, just as you would be to rely on such a service.
The Money Back Guarantee DOES NOT cover collection items unless picked up in person, in which case the buyer should examine and if satisfied pay in cash.
If the item is collection only then you should not be bidding
The seller can refuse to allow you to arrange your own delivery
It is not safe for you or the seller to allow a courier
MAny would not do that with an unwrapped item anyway
