I have reported to eBay this item has not been received. I have contacted the seller. No feedback has been received by me from the seller. I paid June 24, 2021 with pay pal. How do I get a refund?
You will be able to escalate the case to ebay to get a refund 3 working days after you started it. Go to the case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
