Any help on this would be appreciated .Long story cut shortb.I had a item buy it now on ebay collection only .The buyer bought first then asked if she arranged a courier would i help .She first asked me to just leave it outside .I should have smelt a rat then !!! I agreed to find a safe pick up point .The courier came took the item knew exactly what he was coming for said he was a third party for the courior firm and off it went .Within 2 days the buter was on my case asking were the awning was as her tracking no said it hadnt been picked up .Both myself and the buyer asked ebay for help the case was closed in my favour and ebay bizzarly gave the buyer her money back .I challenged and apealled it twice and ebay say because i cant prove it was picked up i havent a leg to stand on .The buyer is refusing to give me the courier details and tracking no so i can find my awning .And today after i asked ebay to assist me in getting the details from the buyer .They have now stopped me selling anything on ebay .OMG what did i do wrong .Any help from anyone .Best regards russ
You should have asked for Cash on Collection. Buyers can then not open any Ebay Case. Buyers are not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee if they use a Third Party Courier Collection. Something went very wrong with your Sale. However it looks like you Cancelled 2 Previous Sales for the Awning. That would have given you 2 Damaging Defects for a Seller Initiated Cancellation. Enough to lose your Account.
